It is understood that each client will have different needs and therefore offering varying pricing structures from hourly to monthly retainer plans will allow you to choose the best plan for your business needs.
5+ hours per month = 5% discount off of the hourly rate
10+ hours per month = 10% off of the hourly rate
20+ hours per month = 15% off of the hourly rate
30+ hours per month = 20% off of the hourly rate
Any additional hours needed per month will be charged at the standard rate. Unused hours can not be rolled over. Reasonable notice of additional hours will be given to the client so that all hours can be used and not forfeited. Any additional materials (postage or delivery services, specialty paper, printing services, long distance phone services, etc.) will be billed monthly.
Billing Policies:
A signed Service Agreement and a 50% deposit are requested to begin work assignments with the balance due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices will be processed at the end of each assignment or the end of the current month whichever comes first. Clients can choose to sign a Service Agreement for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
In order to help you reach that level of confidence, we offer each new client the chance to try us for FREE, for two hours of services. We will utilize this time to get to know your business and your vision. This does not include the one hour FREE consultation to discuss how we may be of assistance to you while you develop your business.
Methods of Payment:
We accept US funds only. Payments can be received via PayPal which accepts credit cards and bank debit cards.
